How can I buy?
Firstly, choose the item that you want to buy, then add it to your cart, and finally click the button "check out" and select your payment method.

Which payment methods do you have?
We are happy to offer PayPal and Afterpay, we accept payment plans only from New Zealand bank accounts, in New Zealand Dollars or by Credit/Debit card via Shopify payments (American Express, Visa, Mastercard, Union pay, Apple pay, Google pay, Shop pay, etc.). We do accept bank transfer if you want to buy contacting us through our Instagram of fakebook page.

When would you will send my order? 
Once you buy the item it will be processed within 24hs.


When do you add new pieces?
New releases will be announced over on our Instagram page @pao_thrift.nz
We usually add new pieces every day.


How do I track my order?
Once your order is processed check your email for the tracking number and head to the courier website, and add your tracking number.

Do you offer returns?
We have no return policy. Make sure you read our description of the items condition before purchasing.
