SHIPPING POLICY — Pao Thrift (New Zealand)

1. Processing Time

Orders are processed within 24 hours (business days).

2. Shipping Rates (NZ)

- Standar Small bag 210 x 260mm $8.30 (tops, lingerie, shorts, dresses, etc.)

- Standar Medium bag 280 x 390mm $10.30 (denim, shoes, sweaters, etc. or 2 or 3 small clothing)

- Standar Large bag 360 x 415mm $11.80 (winter Jackets, coats heavy items, or more than 1 item)

- Rural Small bag 210 x 260mm $12.30

- Rural Medium bag 280 x 390mm $13.80

- Rural Large bag 360 x 415mm $15.80

Keep in mind we include an extra goodie with every purchase.
Please choose the bag size that feels most logical for your order so we can guarantee there's enough room to send your extra gifted item. 

3. Delivery Times

On average shipping is 2-5 business days. As this is an average, sometimes items may arrive sooner and sometimes they may arrive later during busy periods. Rural: +2–3 days.

Delays caused by couriers are outside our control.

We ship out all of our orders with Pass The Parcel.

4. Order Errors

Please ensure your delivery address is correct.
We are not responsible for parcels sent to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

5. Lost or Damaged Parcels

Once the parcel is handed to the courier, risk passes to the buyer.
However, we will assist you in lodging an inquiry with the courier.

6. International Shipping ARE NOT AVAILABLE

 

NOTE: Pass the Parcel do not pick up or deliver to the Hauraki Gulf Islands, (such as Waiheke Island), Stewart Island or Chatham Islands, but do not worry! In this situation we will send the packages with NZ Post which is fast and safe as well.

All orders are shipped from Auckland. You will be sent a tracking number via email  once your order has been processed.

Please note, this excludes any processing/handling time.  If a product has processing/handling time. It will be noted on the product page.

Please take the estimated shipping times into account before purchasing. Please also note that these shipping times are estimates and due to variables in delivery times, and due to us no longer having control over the package once it is shipped out, we cannot guarantee exact shipping times.
